A Project Manager is often a client representative and has to determine and implement the exact needs or personal “taste” of the client, based on his experience, knowledge and “back-up” from The Company he is representing. The ability to adapt to the various internal procedures of the Contracting Party, together with the nominated Staff and Site Manager it is essential in ensuring that the key issues of on-site Management, quality in workmanship, strict cost control and above all, client satisfaction can be realized.
