It is a minimal cost … It is crucial to have a more accurate and professional costing estimate done by a Quantity Surveyor to include the entire building cost as a builder’s estimate of all the material and labour costs involved in your project before you start building.
We further offer a registered Engineer on-site and a permanent Site Manager based full-time at your site to secure supervision and to obtain perfected detail from the building team with quality of workmanship to NHBRC builders specifications and standards.
With over 35 years of “Builder” and Construction experience we will build and “walk the extra mile” for you. Should you require additional extras, such as a brick wall, Thermal Insulation built into the brick cavity of the outer two rows of brick walls, additional under-stair walk-in security “safe”, full home automation with audio sound and video via LCD controlled Touch screen systems, central controlled vacuum cleaning system, musical water fountains and water features, gas stove and gas geyser installation, thermal insulated Isoboard ceilings …. the answer is “Green “Building.
