As a teenager JeVon van Wyk was often involved with building Projects and developed the intense desire to "one day" build his own Home without the help of a Builder or a House Building Company. This came to fulfilment in 1971 when he bought himself a stand and registered out himself as a "Owner Builder" at the Local Town Council Office in Henley-on-Klip and started to build his very first house on his own and with-out the help of a Builder.
In 1983 he invested in a Construction Company, backed by various contracts and founded the Lifestyle Building Group, who focused on the Project Management of Turnkey Projects in both the Residential and Corporate Markets.
The formula of his success is based on hands-on Management, supported by a philosophy of encouraging his Employees to "do it right the first time". By obtaining the order and sub-structure, it will support what must be achieved in order to satisfy the Client and complete The Project.
